      • To enable and support staff to understand the importance of and to deliver a dignified service to those they support.
      Objectives:
      • To develop your own interpersonal and training skills to deliver effective training;
      • To develop the skills in your staff group to challenge poor practice and acknowledge and encourage good practice;
      • To develop skills to motivate staff to deliver a dignified service;
      • Adopt different styles of delivery to facilitate learning;
      • Think about what is a good and a bad training session;
      • To be given the resources and tools to take back to your establishment to use as a basis for your own training.

Once the account has been created, you will be notified, and you will then be able to log into the Hub and book yourself on this course. We advise you to send information for all your staff as this will be cost effective, when setting up accounts. It is also far quicker to create accounts for a whole organisation than creating individual accounts for each member of staff every time they want to attend a course. The benefits of this is that all staff will be able to access the Hub, view courses and e-learning modules, access resources to courses, book on courses. The manager will have access to team reports, view courses completed by staff, and book staff on courses.
