The programme is ideal for registered nurses in NHS, independent sector and social care organisations, including:

  • infection control leads in nursing homes or GP surgeries
  • link nurses/practitioners
  • infection control practitioners
  • ward/department/clinic managers.

 

It focusses on practical work-based learning to redefine the standard for skills and practice in this area. This includes:

  • one preparation day (online)
  • three face-to-face taught days
  • three online learning days
  • six coaching sessions
  • access to IPC e-learning resources.
