What is the Workforce Development Fund?

The Workforce Development Fund (WDF) is a funding opportunity for adult social care employers in England.  It’s a finite pot of money which allows you to reclaim some of the costs incurred developing your workforce.

Leicestershire Social Care Development Group (LSCDG)  is applying to become a lead partner which will  enable the funding to be disbursed to adult social care employers.

LSCDG needs your support with the application,  the information you provide will help you with your training needs. There are only 4 questions and will take only 1 minute to answer.
