Awareness
Course Times:
Awareness (1/2 day) – AM Session - 9.00am - 1.00pm
Awareness (1/2 day) – PM Session 12.00 noon - 4.00pm
Training For Trainer (2days) - 09.30am - 4.30pm
- Understand reablement
- Help Service Users to meet their goals
- Think about the new approach to working differently
- Think about report writing and how to keep records
- Understand the importance of everyone working consistently
- To develop networks with other organisations involved in the project
- To develop the skills in your staff group to challenge poor practice and acknowledge and encourage good practice within the new way of working
- To develop skills to motivate staff to work in a reablement way
- To adopt different styles of delivery to facilitate learning
- Think about what is a good and a bad training session
