If so, please come and attend this FREE conference to help build your skills, knowledge and confidence! Workshops will cover: Recruitment, Retention, Managing Poor Performance and Involving Service Users and Carers in Developing the Service. This event is for owners/managers of care settings (registered and non-registered) in Leicestershire and Rutland only. It is only for people who have direct responsibility for recruitment and line management.
