AIMS and OBJECTIVES:

  • To have a greater understanding of why and what we record. To practise record-keeping and scrutiny/evaluation of these records through in-session observations.

TARGET GROUP:

Care Staff in Residential and Nursing Care Sectors who will be completing written records, including daily records/reports and incident reports.
