New LSCDG Learning and Development Advisors in post

We are delighted to welcome three new Learning & Development Advisors to the Leicestershire Social Care Development Group. They are all now in post and working hard, and will play a key role in supporting adult social care providers across Leicester and Leicestershire through high-quality training and development opportunities. The new advisors come to us with a wealth of experience, knowledge and skills, and a passion for workforce development. Find out more about who they are here.

Over the coming months, our new advisors will be working closely with providers to improve the current training offer, and to develop new learning for the current workforce. They will also be looking into opportunities to support PAs and unpaid carers through training and resources, and improving our Quality assurance.
