In light of the current Covid-19 situation a decision had been taken to provide a digital offer for  non-essential training.   However,  Moving & Handling Training has resumed back to face to face.

Care Certificate Workshop

3 hour session (am)

When

01 April 2020 - 31 March 2021    
9:30 am - 12:30 pm

Event Type

Aim: Learners will be able to:

  • Understand the origins and purpose of the Care Certificate
  • Use the Skills for Care materials to support staff through the completion of the Care Certificate
  • Record assessments and progress effectively using the materials provided
  • Use the Care Certificate as part of the ongoing CPD process for staff
  • Identify occupationally competent staff to assist with assessments

 Target Audience :  Managers and staff who will assess and support employees with completion of the Care Certificate

Venue: County Hall – Room 173

3 Hour Workshops – morning sessions  start: 9:30am to 12:30pm
