Aim To provide learners with the opportunity to develop coaching skills and, through practical application, to develop the knowledge and skills required to coach team members effectively. Objectives

• Know why coaching is an important tool for managers within the workplace
• Apply the characteristics required to coach effectively
• Demonstrate best practise approach to holding coaching conversations
• Apply the GROW model in day-to-day workplace situations
• Support a coaching culture to develop others within the workplace

Times:   Arrive 9.15am for a 9:30 start and finish 4.30pm Refreshments will be provided. Lunch will NOT be provided This is a free training course therefore no invoice will be raised for an attendance. However if delegates fail to attend, the establishment will be invoiced for the non-attendance rate of £100.
