The LSCDG are running a programme on ‘Leadership and Management in Social Care’ for managers in Leicestershire and Leicester. What will delegates get from the programme?

• access to nine sessions delivered by Learning & Development professionals with experience in Leadership, Management and Social Care
• opportunity to share best practice with other practitioners in the field
• the chance to develop practical solutions to common problems experienced by managers in social care settings
• opportunity to consider ways of working to ensure contract compliance and positive outcomes for service users.

  Times: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to course start time for registration and refreshments: All Dates are AM – 9:30am-12:30pm AND 16 June 2016 is All Day – 9:30am – 4:00pm Refreshments will be provided.   Lunch will NOT be provided If delegates fail to attend, the establishment will be invoiced for the non-attendance rate of £100 (if the course is more than a day then this will be £100 per day).
