This training is not suitable for staff who work in a Learning Disability Setting Staff within Learning Disability Settings will need to complete the Leadership and Management in Social Care training. Please contact LSCDG who will put you on the waitlist for the next cohort. Learn how to enrich support for your clients, improve your leadership skills and transform the way you work. Target Group: This programme has been designed for social care staff in a managerial role. An ideal opportunity for your personal development, this highly interactive programme will provide you with a clear insight into the fundamentals of leadership, supporting you in leading and managing teams and being an improvement leader. Day 1 – Leadership Fundamentals • Leadership – Why me? Why now? • Leadership – Theories & Styles • Understanding Yourself & Understanding Others • Leading Improvement • Making a Transformation

Day 2 – Leading & Managing Teams • Working with Teams • Building an Effective Network • Creating a Culture of Care • Negotiating Skills • Safety

Day 3 – Being an Improvement Leader • Communication, Cascading, Getting your Message Across Effectively • Pulling the Threads Together • Creating a Plan • Presentation Tips and Techniques • Safety

13th, 20th & 27th January 2016 Delegates must attend all 3 days	Peepul Enterprise Ltd, Leicester

 Times:   Arrive 8.45am for a 9:00am start and finish 4.00pm Refreshments & Lunch will NOT be provided   There is no charge for this training, however if delegates fail to attend, the establishment will be invoiced for the non-attendance rate of £100 per day.
